Community Guidelines

At LeagueUp, we're building a supportive community where everyone can achieve their goals. These guidelines help ensure our platform remains positive, safe, and productive for all users.

1. Be Respectful and Supportive

• Treat all community members with respect and kindness
• Celebrate others' successes and offer encouragement during challenges
• Avoid discriminatory language based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics
• Remember that everyone is at different stages of their journey

2. Keep Content Appropriate

• Share content that's relevant to goals and personal growth
• No explicit, violent, or offensive material
• Avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, or commercial solicitation
• Respect intellectual property rights

3. Protect Privacy

• Don't share other users' personal information without consent
• Respect the privacy settings of other users
• Be mindful when sharing screenshots or content from private leagues

4. Be Honest and Authentic

• Represent yourself truthfully
• Don't create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Be honest about your progress and challenges
• Give credit where credit is due

5. Keep Stakes Honest

• Stakes are personal weekly commitments your league can see. They are never pooled and never charged; no money moves
• Don't arrange side bets or payments with other members. They are not part of LeagueUp and we will not settle them
• Be a good sport about the board, whether the week was kept or missed
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity

6. Help Keep Our Community Safe

• Report content or behavior that violates these guidelines
• Don't engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• Respect moderator decisions and community rules
• If you see something concerning, say something

Consequences for Violations

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension
• Removal of content
• Permanent account suspension
• Legal action in severe cases
