Does LeagueUp charge my stake?

No. A stake is a commitment the app records and shows your league. LeagueUp never collects, holds or pays out stake money.

How do I cancel or get a refund for Premium?

Premium is billed by Apple. Cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore a purchase on a new phone, open Settings → Billing → Restore purchases in the app.

Apple Health isn't crediting my goal.

Check that LeagueUp has read access in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → LeagueUp, and that the goal's unit matches the workout (distance, time, steps or sessions). Then open the app to sync again.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings → Delete account. Or email delete@joinleagueup.com from the address on your account.

How do I report a user or a message?

Long-press the message or open the member's profile and choose Report or Block. We review reports within 24 hours.
